BDR THERMEA France S.A.S. is hereinafter referred to as "BDR THERMEA France" or "We". We are responsible for collecting and using your personal data under the conditions laid down in this data protection policy. In order to process online spare part orders via the spare part website, you will also be asked to give your invoicing and delivery address, if different, in order to respond to your request effectively.

When you contact us via the contact forms on the websites in order to obtain information about our products or services, either before or after sales are made, you will be asked for the following information: surname, first name, address, postcode, town, landline number, mobile number, email address. When you send us an email or contact us via our online contact form, we save this data. When you call us, our support desk may record your questions or complaints in our database. We may also record telephone calls for training purposes and to improve our service. The data can be shared with partner companies (network of partner installers, partner After-Sales, wholesalers, subsidiaries) in order to provide you with a specialist advice service and/or the purchase, maintenance or repair of a heating system.
5.2. Within the framework of organising our business
We may share your personal data with trusted third-party service providers we use (for example hosting providers, social networks) or with sub-contractors who are involved in the supply of services on our behalf (for example, for support services). All these third-parties will be required to ensure adequate protection of your personal data pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation and only process data in accordance with our instructions.
5.3. For analysis and direct marketing purposes
BDR THERMEA France is part of the BDR THERMEA group. Within our group of companies, we may exchange information for research and direct marketing purposes (see paragraph 4.3 above).
We may also share your personal data with administrative or fiscal authorities or within the framework of criminal investigations or administrative inquiries, if we are required to do so pursuant to applicable law.
We may share aggregated, non-personal data with third-parties. For example, we may share household energy consumer trends. We make sure that this non-personal information cannot be associated with specific users of our products and services.
The group's companies, our service providers and our partners may be located in a country outside the European Economic Area (composed of countries in the European Union as well as Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland). In this case, personal data is transferred internationally. It is possible that the laws in the recipient countries do not ensure an adequate level of protection concerning your personal data, equivalent to the laws applicable in France. - Where do we store our data?
Personal data processed by ourselves is hosted on servers located within the European Union by BDR THERMEA or its partners.
For reasons related to data security and back-ups, it is likely to be transferred, accessed from and stored in a country located outside the EU, in compliance with the conditions for transferring data outside the EU.
Therefore, any transfer of personal data outside the European Union will only be performed in conformity with the decisions of the European Union on the standard contractual clauses or in a country benefiting from an adequacy decision.
How can you exercise your rights?
You can exercise your right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data when this is required (collection and processing of personal data outside the framework of the execution of a contract and/or needs related to its execution) collected via the aforementioned contact form, at any time, in the same way as you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, transfer by sending a written request to the following email address: Dpo@dedietrichthermique.com.
