De Dietrich guarantees
De Dietrich appliances are guaranteed against all defective materials or intrinsic operating faults from the date on which the appliance is purchased by the user.
The date of the guarantee
- The guarantee is valid from the date of purchase of the appliance by the user, which is considered to be the date on the invoice. The date of purchase must also be included on the guarantee certificate attached to the appliance, which should also bear the stamp of the fitter.
- If the invoice or certificate is missing, the guarantee will be valid from the date of manufacture plus 6 months. This date can be found on the appliance.
