2. I bought a City boiler one year ago and need to change a part. Is my boiler under guarantee? Yes. Your City boiler, including accessories and components, is generally guaranteed for 2 years. Please contact your De Dietrich sales person for more information 3. I have to change a part in my boiler and I have mislaid the proofs of purchase and guarantee for my installation. What can I do ? The guarantee starts at the purchase date of the appliance by the user, as shown on the date of the invoice. The purchase date should also be certified by the guarantee certificate which is attached to the appliance and / or bearing the stamp of the fitter. If there is no proof of purchase (no invoice and no certificate), the date of purchase will be considered to be the date of manufacture plus 6 months. This date can be found on the rating plate of your appliance. 4. I have mislaid the instruction book for my boiler. How can I get hold of another copy ?
